I had the double room which was tidy and new-fashioned with all the necessities. Location: the hotel was really close to shopping and the bistro for a coffee and the wonderful coffee shop up the road. The staff was professional, providing an excellent service.

This hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and local attractions, including Potter Park Zoo, which my kids loved! We stayed with my parent and appreciated the comfortable room with plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of exploring.
My children wanted a better pool experience. The pool was rather small and not great for families wanting to splash around together.
